The only cost on top is standard Stripe payment processing, billed by Stripe at their own rates; Membry never adds a fee on your members' payments. Change plans anytime your gym grows.

Yes to the trial, and you're never locked in. Start with a 30-day free trial — no card needed, full access from day one. If Membry earns its keep, pick a plan before the trial ends; if not, the trial simply ends and nothing is ever charged. After that, monthly plans stay flexible: cancel whenever and you won't be billed again. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year at a discount, so they run for the 12 months you've paid for.

Membry runs on Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, so members' card payments land directly in your bank at your own Stripe rates — Membry never takes a cut. Within Stripe you can accept cards and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you can also record cash or bank-transfer payments at the desk so everything sits in one ledger. Switching it on is one guided Stripe setup — about 10–15 minutes with your ID and IBAN handy.

Yes. Send us your member list and we'll bring everyone across — profiles, contact details, current plans, attendance and notes — free, then walk your team through setup. Card details stay with your payment provider for security, so members add their card once when they first log in; it takes a moment. Moving from another processor with saved cards? Stripe can often migrate those securely too — just ask.

Yes — for martial arts, BJJ, and any ranked program. Record each member's belt or rank, their stripes, and full promotion history. Members see their belt journey in their member portal, and you keep a clear, dated record of every promotion.

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the EU, and handled in line with GDPR. Members can access or request deletion of their own data, and you can export everything anytime — it's yours.

Membry is built for gyms in Cyprus and Greece, in English and Greek. Card payments run through Stripe, which operates across the EU; if automated card payments aren't available where you are, you can still record cash and bank-transfer payments and use every other feature.
