Terms of Service

By creating a Membry account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Membry provides software-as-a-service ("Service") for managing gym members, classes, attendance, and billing. Specific features are described on our website and may evolve over time.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of data you upload.
• You're responsible for maintaining your password and any activity under your account.
• You must have the legal right and consent to upload member data into the Service.
• You must comply with applicable laws (GDPR, payment regulations, etc.) when using the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious content or violate other users' rights

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Free trials are exactly that — free for the trial period. We'll email you before any charges begin.

You own your data and your members' data. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, we'll keep your data for 30 days then delete it (unless required by law to retain longer).

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Membry's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can stop using and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, or due to extended non-payment.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be handled by Irish courts.
